Facilities for Hire

Heron Primary School hires out many of its facilities for community and education use. Please note that bookings are only taken for use outside of school hours and will include a charge for caretaking (for example, locking and unlocking the building where necessary).  You will be asked to complete an Application for Letting form and agree to the Conditions of Hire.  Prices for hiring facilities are available on request.

Facilities to hire include:

• our Main Hall
• our Jubilee Hall which can be divided to make two separate spaces
• our Diamond Room which has separate facilities for preparing light refreshments

Our Jubilee Hall and Diamond Room facilities can be hired together and for certain educational purposes (for example, education training courses) can be hired out during the day.

As a school we do not have suitable facilities for wedding receptions or parties/dances/discos of any sort and are therefore unable to take bookings for such events.
